PranaYasa Tantric Yoga at Divine Sight

After taking a seasonal hiatus from teaching regular classes, Jai Lynn will be bringing her practice back to Divine Sight in substitution of Barb Totzke’s Sloga for one night only.  Celebrate self-love with a heart-opening flow on the eve of Valentine’s Day!

Jai leads a spicy slow flow that focuses on breath, incorporating Tantrik pranayam techniques into a thoughtful and thematic Vinyasa, often offering mudras to supplement and empower the practice.  This all levels class concludes with a singing bowl supplemented savasana, bathing the senses in transformative sound to restore the body and recover the mind.
